Amplitude honors their commitment to communities with annual Community Week programming. Held in Q3, Community Week is an annual celebration of their Employee Resource Groups (ERGs). With a focus on “Recognizing Diversity,” Ampliteers are represented across 10 ERGs that promote connection, inclusivity, and belonging at the 700+ employee organization.

For the past two years, Amplitude has used Five to Nine to power Community Week programming, pushing more than 14 events globally for this initiative. Nikki Lasley, Global Director of Social Impact + Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion at Amplitude, wanted to efficiently manage the event's activities, handle RSVPs, and ensure seamless communication with employees across different office locations and time zones.

The platform centralizes communication between event organizers and attendees through email, calendar, and Slack invitations. With powerful integrations into Amplitude’s existing tech stack, employees have visibility of these events, allowing them to respond their way, which has led to better attendance and overall satisfaction.

With Amplitude's distributed workforce, Five to Nine's cloud-based platform offers cross-location accessibility, ensuring employees from different offices and time zones can access event details, RSVP, and participate seamlessly.

Amplitude's partnership with Five to Nine transformed their Community Week event into a more engaging and organized employee experience. Employee participation and satisfaction rates increased significantly, with employees praising the diverse programming. After each event, Amplitude automated post-event surveys to attendees using Five to Nine's platform. This allowed guests to provide feedback while their experience was still fresh in their minds. Real-time feedback is often more accurate and detailed, comprehensively understanding participants' thoughts and impressions. This year, Amplitude averaged a perfect 100 eNPS from these events, with a 19% survey response rate. 

Involving employees in the feedback process empowered them to have a voice in shaping future events. This emphasis on continuous feedback and improvement exemplifies Amplitude's commitment to employee engagement and the enhancement of its company culture.
