HighRadius leverages Five to Nine surveying to better target female talent at Grace Hopper Conference

Background

Award-winning accounting software HighRadius utilized Five to Nine surveying tool to gauge the impact of networking and recruiting event on attending female STEM talent.

Goal

Become more connected with female tech talent and develop a recruiting pipeline of women in tech or those interested in careers in tech.


Strategy

  • Partner with Five to Nine to bring together women in an informal discussion about careers in tech with “Wine, Women & Tech”

  • Capture feedback on the event by assessing Net Promoter Score and commentary

Results

  • NPS: 68 - excellent score indicating a much larger amount of promoters than detractors for the event.

  • Over 50 attendees, with 41 survey responses.

  • 95% of attendees agreed that the content of the workshop was relevant and beneficial to their professional development.
